مسؤولية ولي الأمر : تحديد سكن الطالب/ة عند التسجيل في الحافلة، وعند انتقال الطالب/ة إلى منطقة أخرى خلال العام الدراسي فإن المدرسة غير مسؤولة عن عدم تسجيل الطالب/ة في الحافلة الجديدة في حالة عدم توفر مقعد في حافلة المنطقة المنقول إليها الطالب/ة .

Parent's Responsibility Determining the home location when registering on the bus, If student moves to another area during the academic year, the school is not responsible for not enrolling the student in the new bus if there is no seat available on the bus area that student transferred .

  • أقر بأن جميع المعلومات المدرجة في الاستمارة دقيقة وصحيحة .
  • أوافق على الالتزام بدفع الرسوم الدراسية في الوقت المحدد لكل دفعة ( في بداية كل فصل دراسي ) وأتفهم بأن للمدرسة الحق في توقيف ابني/ابنتي عن الدراسة في حال عدم سداد الرسوم المستحقه، وكذلك بأن للمدرسة الحق بالتحفظ على الدرجات النهائية للطالب/ة إلى حين سداد الرسوم كاملة .
  • إنني على علم بأنه ان ترك الطالب/ة المدرسة لأي سبب كان، فإن استرجاع الرسوم الدراسية المدفوعة ( على مسؤوليتي في دفع الرسوم ان لم تكن مدفوعة بعد ) سيكون حسب سياسة استرجاع الرسوم المطبقة في المدرسة .
  • إنني على علم بأنه في حال ترك الطالب/ة المدرسة لأي سبب كان، فإني مسؤول عن إبلاغ المدرسة بذلك خطياً، ولا تتحمل المدرسة أي مسؤولية في اعتبار الطالب/ة تاركاً للمدرسة ولا تطبق تعليمات استرجاع الرسوم ان لم يتم تبليغ المدرسة بذلك خطياً خلال اسبوع من ترك الطالب/ة .
  • I certify that the above information is accurate and correct to the best of my knowledge.
  • I agree to pay the School Fees on or before the due dates of payments ( beginning of each term ), and I understand that , as per ADEK's rules, the School has the right to suspend my child for non-payment of School Fees and also to withhold the final resultsuntil the payments have been paid.
  • I understand that when the Student leaves the School for any reason, the refund of school fees (My liability to pay the School Fees, if the Fees are not already paid )will be in accordance with the School's Refund Policy.
  • I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the School in writing when the Student withdraws from the School for any reason.
    The School will not be under any obligation to consider the Student withdrawn from the School and not make any refund of tuition fees if I do not provide such written information from my side within a period of one week from the date of the Student's withdrawal.
